SUP Yoga Class Information:

​​SUP Yoga Foundations:

The perfect instructional course for you to become familiar with the basics of paddling and SUP Yoga. Great as a refresher class as well. This class is recommended for your first SUP Yoga experience.


SUP Yoga Flow:

Gets right down to mermaid business. A quick paddle to our floating studio area and a Vinyasa-based flow class begins. 

​This is the next step after Foundations.




Open your heart, set your intention, and join us.  SUP Yoga is a natural extension of the timeless practice of yoga, blending with the exhilarating feeling of Stand Up Paddleboarding (or SUP).  Offering SUP Yoga since 2012, our classes are popular with those who are new to yoga and veteran yoga instructors alike.  Whether outdoors in Mother Nature's home, or indoors in a heated pool, we strive to offer our students a new way to connect with their practice.  Taking your yoga practice from your mat to our floating studio, the unique experience of SUP Yoga will provide the benefits of a challenging class and will improve your in-studio practice as well. 


Safe, professional instruction.  Each class it taught by an experienced SUP Yoga instructor, who has earned (at a minimum) their RYT200, CPR/First Aid/AED certifications, and successfully completed river rescue and SUP safety training.  Each class includes basic paddling to successfully get to the class area. Once we're anchored off and class is underway, our instructors will assist with modifications to suit everyone's ability level, as the safety and comfort of our students is always our focus.  We want your focus to be on yourself as you allow the fluid movements of your experience to inspire, delight, and captivate your senses.      ​Namaste.
